Leaflets
A leaflet is made from a single sheet of paper, sometimes folded, with printed matter on one or both sides, whereas a pamphlet can also be made of several sheets.

Information Sheets or Fact Sheets
Information Sheets, also known as Fact Sheets, are one-sheet documents, usually, a single page long, which comprises information and data about a company, startup, organization, or the product or service they provide.
An "Information Pack" would be a set of matching information sheets that all follow an identical layout and formatting, just with differing images and text.

Pamphlets & Brochures
Pamphlets are used for non-commercial promotion, while brochures are used to advertise products and services. Brochures also typically have more pages and images. Pamphlets have multiple pages, but are generally contain fewer pages and more words than images to inform the reader.
Both are often printed on high quality paper, and usually included in a cover.

These items can be produced using different word-processing, draw or template software to facilitate the production of the item.
Recommended software:
- Canva (free online)
- Adobe InDesign (complicated and expensive, but produces professional print-ready results)
- These word processors or slideshows can be used, but it's not recommended:
- OpenOffice/LibreOffice Impress (free download Windows/Mac/Linux)
- Google Docs or Google Presentation (free online)
- Microsoft Word
They should be fit for purpose in terms of content and visuals.
Submit as a separate file (.PDF, or popular image formats), with the text also included in your Word document.
