These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Student Assessment System ("the System"), provided by Solymar Group LLC., for submitting assignments related to ATHE & QUALIFI University courses. By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the System.

1. Assignment Submission

1.1 The System allows students to submit completed assignments for grading by markers designated by the respective universities.

1.2 Assignments submitted through the System must be original work produced by the student.

1.3 Any form of plagiarism or submitting work that is not the student's own will result in the assignment failing, and a report will be submitted to the relevant university for further action according to their rules and regulations.

2. Grading Process

2.1 The grading of assignments submitted through the System will be done by markers appointed by the universities.

3. Fees

3.1 Solymar Group LLC. does not charge any fees for using the System or submitting assignments.

3.2 However, the associated universities may impose fees for resubmissions or other services related to assignments. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their respective universities.

4. Data Privacy

4.1 All user data collected by the System is confidential and will only be disclosed to the administration of the user's respective university.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Intellectual property rights for assignments submitted through the System reside with the student/author of the work.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Users agree not to engage in any hacking or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the System.

7. Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent & The Grenadines. Any disputes arising from the use of the System shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Vincent & The Grenadines.

8. Modifications

8.1 Solymar Group LLC. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the System after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
